Temperature, chemical exposure, load, speed and the surface being run against determine the compound far more reliably than a previous supplier’s spec sheet. Give us those five and we will recommend the elastomer and the hardness.
Re-covering an existing core is usually cheaper and quicker than a new roller — send the core and we will strip, bond and grind it back to size.
